Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Products returned without approval or outside the return window
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
